The core of the BIG NOC Advantage is our ability to evaluate our client’s networks and set system threshold alerts to notify the NOC of a possible issue on the network well before a major system failure occurs. We have found almost 80% of all major wireless network outages can be forecasted. The NOC evaluates the network and sets baselines for operating parameters that are critical indicators of network health and trends these indicators over time.

The BIG NOC team utilizes our nationwide field service staff to perform service affecting repairs across the United States. Our contracts are customizable to our client’s needs and desired onsite response times. The onsite repair response times are 2-to-6 hours for most Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities with 4-8 hour response in most other service areas. The field service teams provide all services from indoor wireless network repair to repairs requiring tower climbing.
