Online Wireless Tracker

The Wireless Tracker is at the heart of BIG’s NOC and Maintenance Service offering. This customer application adds a level of detail to the NOC that is second to none. When a new network is deployed or we contract to maintain a network, all a full inventory is taken of all equipment including serial numbers, antenna types, cabling colors and over 50 other relevant items.

The application even makes associations between multipoint networks base stations and corresponding subscribers to graphically map the layout of a large network. All this information is linked to the BIG Online Service Tracker to ensure quick access for NOC staff in the event of an outage. This information is available to our clients online, 24/7, via the web.
